Welcome to the home planet of Delenn and the white star fleet. It is also the home of ranger training and the Crystal Palace. While you are here, you may want to chat with local minbarians or check out some of the new technology that they use on their white star ships.
Minbar is a major center for civilization where many of the respected races go to trade and to talk politics. Right now though, they are in a state of civil war. They are destroying many sacred places and causing much pain in order to create a better government. Delenn who is the predominate figure among minbarians, broke the Grey counsil and has also reformed it. Now she must deal with the task of rebuilding minbar after the civil war.
